This pump has a construction suitable for handling liquid with a high solidifying (melting)point. This pump is provided with a heating jacket on the outer surface of the pump and the motor to prevent liquid from solidifying during liquid filling and during the pump operation.
Use: Phthalic anhydride, Maleic anhydride, Phenol, Fatty acid, Naphthalene, and Others.
Max. Capacity | 380 m³/hr |
Max. Head | 160 m |
Max. Output | 90 KW |
Max. Temperature | 350 KW |
To reduce the amount of back flush fluid leakage into the process liquid, the slurry handling type with mechanical seal between the pump and motor is available. A mechanical seal separating the motor from the pump allows for a reduction in the amount of back flush fluid leaking into the process liquid from 100 to 500 ml/day.
Use: FProcess liquids containing small solid particles such as catalysts and crystals.
Max. Capacity | 200 m³/hr |
Max. Head | 150 m |
Max. Output | 45 KW |
Reverse circulation type for easy-to-vaporize liquids. This type of pump has a structure suitable for handling saturated liquefied gas with high vapor pressure such as, ammonia, and propylene. The pump features a circulation line that does not form a closed circuit.
Use: Freon, Liquid ammonia, Liquid dioxycarbon, LPG, Ethylene, Hydrocarbons including Propylene, Others.
Max. Capacity | 600 m³/hr |
Max. Head | 200 m |
Max. Output | 200 KW |
The basic construction is identical to that of the basic type pump and this type has been built to allow self-priming with no flap valve required. Since there is no flap valve, heavily corrosive liquid can also be handled and there is no possibility of poor self-priming due to clogging in the flap valve.
Use: Pumping from underground tanks, Extraction from tank trucks, Extraction from drums.
Max. Capacity | 200 m³/hr |
Max. Head | 130 m |
Max. Output | 54 KW |
This liquid cooled canned motor pump is suitable for handling high temperature liquids such as heat transfer oil and hot water. This pump type is capable of handling liquids exceeding 200 ℃ such as heat transfer oil and hot water. The liquid on the motor side used to the motor and to lubricate bearings is circulated with an auxiliary impeller to an external heat exchanger.
Use: Heat transfer oil, Hot water, Petroleum refining process, Petrochemical process.
Max. Capacity | 600 m³/hr |
Max. Head | 200 m |
Max. Output | 200 KW |
Max. Temperature | 450 ˚C |
A multistage canned motor pump for high TDH. Even number of impellers are used in back-to-back arrangement to balance axial thrust. Standard, Reverse Circulation and High Temperature designs are available in multi-stage configuration for high head applications. The pump is of compact construction that facilitates disassembly and assembly and allows for on-site maintenance.
Use: Organic chemicals, Inorganic chemicals, Vacuum, High pressure etc.
Max. Capacity | 240 m³/hr |
Max. Head | 580 m |
Max. Output | 220 KW |
High-temperature liquid handling type without cooling. These types of construction are designed to handle high-temperature liquid without using any cooling water by utilizing special insulation materials. Requiring no cooling water, these pump type the need for cooling water piping. This frees operators from dealing with clogging and other problems, thereby reducing the costs including maintenance. The pump is suited to heating liquids and transporting high-melting liquids that easily solidify
Use: Thermal oil, hot water and others.
Max. Capacity | 380 m³/hr |
Max. Head | 160 m |
Max. Output | 90 KW |
Max. Temperature | 350 KW |
A basic type of canned motor pump that handles low to medium temperature slurry-free liquids with zero-leakage. A wide range of customization is available to meet various required specifications.
Use: Organic chemicals, Inorganic chemicals, Vacuum, High pressure, Radioactive liquids for nuclear power.
